It is refused by the addressee;
It is unclaimed by the addressee;
The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
The addressee is no longer at the address and no forwarding address is available.
Please note that consumers have the right to refuse to accept a package, that also if consumer accepts package that the acceptee is now solely responsible for the contents of said package and that the sender no longer is responsible in anyway to make exchange or refund of said package
Return Service automatically applies to any item shipped via Xpresspost, Priority Courier, Expedited Parcel and Regular Parcel whether you are a consumer, small business or large volume commercial contract customer.
This information is solely provided to customers whom will or have purchased goods from me in the past and for those who will purchase in the future. ( Please note that all orders i ship are shipped by Expedited Parcel and have there own tracking number )
Also note that this distributor will no longer be making returns or refunds unless it falls under the Canada postal law system and guidelines.This is being done to prevent abusers of the system from getting free goods and thinking they can get something for nothing at the expense to others

Refund Policy
All orders once placed and processed (processed meaning payment been made and parcel sent)can not be canceled and have money refunded unless order does not reach its destination or that the receiver refuses to accept said parcel for reasons of damage and not that they changed there mind or that package was late in coming.
I have to follow procedures. If order is not received in 30 days i can place
a claim in for the missing parcel at which time either the postal system
finds the package or they settle up with me for the costs of item and
shipping.
Then and only then can i reimburse you with either another parcel sent or
refund your money..
Parcels sent can arrive late for many reasons: Holiday Delays,Custom Inspections, Bad weather, lost or stolen in transit.
Normally parcels sent arrive in 7-15 business days ( Business days are not holidays and weekends)
Until the 30 days expire
Then i will put a claim in for you and refund your money or sent new item upon the outcome of the postal service investigation.
